Digital Ordnung provides access to digital educational resources immediately after enrollment. Because these materials become available instantly through the learning platform, refund requests follow the conditions described below.
Access to Course Materials
Once enrollment is completed, participants receive access to learning modules, instructional materials, and additional educational resources available through the platform.
Because these resources can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the level of course engagement.
Refund Request Period
Participants may request a refund within five (5) calendar days of the purchase date.
This period allows learners to review the platform interface and explore introductory course materials.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refund requests may be considered when course participation remains limited.

• the number of modules accessed
• usage of downloadable materials
• participation in exercises or learning activities

Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and usually require 7–14 business days.
